RideXtra is a technology platform that enables users to request and manage rides provided by independent third-party service providers. By using the application, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use RideXtra. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Platform Role

RideXtra does not provide transportation services and does not employ drivers. All rides are provided by independent service providers who are solely responsible for the services offered.

3. Payments and Cancellations

Ride fares, taxes, and applicable charges are displayed prior to confirmation. Payments are processed via third-party gateways. Cancellation and refund policies are governed by in-app disclosures.

4. Limitation of Liability

RideXtra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific ride.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts within India.
